I have just had my 4th treatment of Humira and my skin has just started to feel very sensitive and itchy. Itching is down as a side effect on the drug leaflet but so is every other thing known to man! I just wondered if anyone else on this drug has experienced this side effect. I have taken a anti histamine tablet today to see if it calms it down, but just interested to hear from anyone else.
Happy New year to you all
Val

Hi Val,
I`ve been on humira for over four years now, but can`t say that I`ve had particularly itchy skin, though I do get occasional dry skin.
Keep an eye on it, or mention it to your rheumy nurse.

Hi
I tried Humira, the first injection caused me to itch all over, it lasted over a week and antihistamines didn't help. My rheumy nurse said it was an allergic reaction and I was switched to Golimumab.
Let us know what happens.
Mary
